I am writing now from the San Francisco Bay Area where we are in day 9 of our Shelter in Place order. It is already proving to be effective in flattening the curve, when compared to other areas that didn’t shut down as quickly. As a community we will be in better shape with fewer infections. Another aspect of this situation is, the underlying health an individual has when they contract the virus. People with underlying conditions are at the highest risk for severe outcomes. The virus attacks the lungs. Wouldn’t it make sense to have the strongest, healthiest lungs in this situation?

The good news is that if you are a smoker or vaper and have considered quitting but still haven’t, you can do it now. There has never been a better time to act than now. You start regaining your health from the moment you finish your last cigarette. The same applies to vaping.

I have been helping people quit smoking in one session, over the phone, for over 15 years. I use a particular method of hypnosis that enables you to quit and be done with it. No withdrawal, no feeling like you are missing something, no need to replace the habit with eating. Just done. You will feel relieved and happy that smoking no longer has any hold on you. That is the difference. When you feel good about quitting you continue to not smoke. Call 415-488-0201 to find out how you can quit for good, now.
