If a man is willing to put a cage on his head and give the key to someone else, to make sure that he doesn’t smoke, then he will absolutely be successful. The “how” is less important than the “why”.
I say this as a hypnotherapist who uses a method that is particularly successful for smoking cessation.
Quitting smoking starts with the smoker deciding that their smoking habit must end. Then they go about finding a way to actualize that decision.
Hypnosis is a way to stabilize that determination and solidify it to the point where the desire to smoke naturally and easily falls away. There is no struggle when the conscious mind and unconscious mind line up and act together. No more internal battle being waged.
There is an easier way than caging your head.
