I Want to Quit Smoking…..but I Can’t

Most smokers know that they shouldn’t be smoking and desperately want to quit, but because of past experiences that were not successful, they feel that it is just too much. So they find themselves still smoking, yet feeling bad about it. They are torn between two opposing minds. The mind that wants to smoke and the mind that doesn’t.

The part of the mind that wants to smoke is more powerful and will generally win out. This is the unconscious mind that actually believes smoking is good, because it made the smoker feel good when they first started. Actually it wasn’t the cigarette that made them feel good. It was the social and emotional benefits of doing something cool with their friends that made them feel good. The good feelings then got linked with the smoking and became an underlying belief that smoking is beneficial. THIS BELIEF CAN BE CHANGED!

It can be changed effortlessly, without withdrawal symptoms, without feeling like a martyr, without feeling like something is missing. It will just feel good to finally be in alignment with what you really want, not smoking.
